High school OC class

高校生のクラスがとっても盛り上がっています。本日木曜日、現在午後9時16分。階下から楽しい笑い声がずっと聞こえています。みんな英語を話しています。レベルに少しの違いはあるけれど、大事なのは、『英語のある空間にいることを楽しめること』。ウェインの言っていることが100%わからなくてもいいのです。自分の気持ちが完璧に伝えられなくてもOK！！英語と友達になる、これをまず達成することができれば、英語が教科ではなく、気持ちを伝えるひとつの道具となって自分に寄り添っていく。。この感覚を子供たちには身に着けていってほしいなと常に思います。

高校生OCクラスは、一昨年度前に初めて生徒が入りました。ずいぶん長い間、生徒がふたりだけでしたが、徐々に生徒を増やし、今では5人、全員女子(笑)！！　　

来年度は、もしかしたらクラスをもうひとつ増やさなければいけなくなるかもしれないです。男子の参加も大歓迎。

Our highschool OC class is heating up!! It is on Thursday @ 9:16pm, I hear big laughter from downstairs continuously. Everybody is speaking English ;)) Yes, there are some level gaps between students, but the important thing is that you are having fun speaking English. You don't have to be able to understand everything what Wayne says. You don't have to be able to express what you wanna say perfectly. You just got to be friends with English. When you acomplish that, English is not a school subject anymore and is a tool to be around to communicate with each other. That is exactly what I want our students to achieve...

Our OC class had our very first student two years ago... for the longest time, we only had two students,, but now, there are 5 fine students ALL GIRLS lol

We might have to open up another OC class next year.... C'mon boys!!
